Job Summary
PO6: £42,258 rising in annual increments to £44,910 pa incl. LW
Priority will be given to redeployees throughout the recruitment process. Fixed term opportunity until December 2012.The London Borough of Lambeth is looking to recruit an Interim Strategic Commissioning Manager to work in the Social Inclusion Team.
The post will cover a range of commissioning activity within the team including the commissioning of supported housing for young people and teenage parents as well as assisting with the development of services for those experiencing Violence against Women and Girls (VAWG), ex-offenders and people with drug and alcohol problems.
The postholder will also lead on the review and commissioning of services providing information and advice services for vulnerable groups such as older people and those with disabilities as well as providing support to the on-going work that the borough is undertaking to minimise the impact of welfare reform on vulnerable residents.
