Growth Without Gridlock is Kent County Council’s pro-active strategic approach to encouraging appropriate growth but managing the impact of congestion on its highway network. Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) have been identified as a key tool in aiding the efficient flow of traffic, particularly at peak times.
We are seeking a proven leader who is able to take forward the County Council’s ITS work in partnership with key internal and external stakeholders. You will need to demonstrate how ITS fits into the big picture and show that you have the necessary track record in a related industry to be effective in Kent.
