We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who is committed to helping families achieve positive outcomes for their children.
The post involves working directly within the Sure Start Children’s Centre and Extended Services agenda, co-ordinating the planning and delivery of extended services across the area. This involves working in partnership with families, the community, colleagues and partners, including local schools. This post also involves direct line management and supervision for a group of community based workers offering support to families.
You should have:
· a relevant qualification, level 3 or above
· experience of partnership working
· knowledge of Common Assessment Framework
· knowledge of safeguarding procedures and practice
· the ability to manage projects
· a flexible approach to work
