Self motivated individuals are required to join finance teams who have a track record of service improvement and to be part of the new value focused service. The role will evaluate and manage risk assessment of the Authority’s assets and will arrange and maintain appropriate insurance cover. This will include the management and development of the Insurance Team. The postholder will act as the main contact point on insurance for Members, Directors and Staff. Successful candidates will thrive on change and be able to meet the continuous improvement challenge, bringing creativity and innovation to their respective roles. Other requirements include working at a senior level in a relevant insurance environment and developing and implementing policies and procedures in insurance matters.
