Fixed-term for 3 years
Do you have the imagination, knowledge and skills to maximise the
income of local residents in the most diverse community in the country?
Brent Council has identified the need to provide a range of
opportunities and support to maximise the income of local residents.
Based in Policy and Performance, we are looking for two people who
can bring their personal and professional experience to start up a
small team to work on this new and challenging project.
Successful applicants will demonstrate the following:
- knowledge of how financial, welfare and benefit systems can
maximise income
- ability to create innovative ways of maximising income
- ability to work with public, private and voluntary organisations
- ability to research, interpret and present information and data
- ability to think laterally and network at all levels
- excellent communication and people skills
- ability to identify funding opportunities
- clear understanding of working in and with a diverse community.
