This is a 9 month fixed term contract or secondment opportunity.

Role Description:
We are looking for a self-motivated, customer driven service specialist for a fixed term period of 9 months to contribute to our extensive customer service IMT delivery programme of work for 2010.

The Service Specialist will possess the following skills:

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience of gathering customer requirements for procurement or implementation purposes .The ability to carry out option definition and analysis to scope high level work requests into time planned IT skill set need for work planning purpose .

Experienced in application implementation roll out .Data handling for upgrading systems .Ability to conduct post implementation reviews

Initially successful candidate will spend 50% of their time on our Electronic Document Management roll out and 50% of their time on implementation of a booking system. It would be an advantage therefore to have experience or knowledge of Wisdom and Kofax, and resource booking systems.
