ICT Business Analyst

East Sussex County Council requires an experienced Business Analyst to join the ICT Services Division for a year’s contract.

The ICT Business Analysis Team undertake a range of activity on behalf of the Council including provision of feasibility studies, requirements gathering, IT solution evaluation, process mapping, business process re-engineering and workshop/meeting facilitation.

We are looking for someone ideally with a degree/formal Business Analysis qualification who has excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, a proven track record in business investigation, experience of working in an IT environment and an understanding of project management methods. This post falls within the Council’s ICT Career Grade Scheme and starting salary will depend on skills and experience.

Additional information

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is part-time or term-time only.

Work Permits: we may be able to obtain a Work Permit for this post but this is subject to meeting the requirements of the UK Border Agency’s Points-based Immigration System.
