Are you interested in working in a professional team providing an integrated recruitment, personnel, payroll and expenses service to all employees of Kent County Council and Members, as well as the provision of a payroll service to partners and clients as well as the Local Government Pensions Payroll.
We are looking for individuals to join us as Employee Services Assistants at an exciting time when we are developing our services further to ensure we continue to deliver outstanding services.
If you have experience of working in an office environment, preferably within an operational personnel administration or payroll team and are able to demonstrate an ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, with knowledge of relevant legislation then this is the job for you.
Previous experience of using a HR and or Payroll database is essential as well as excellent working knowledge of using word and excel. You must be able to respond to queries from customers via the appropriate communication process, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You must possess the ability to manage a busy and diverse workload, whilst maintaining high standards of practice at all times.
These are demanding roles which requires a ‘can-do’ approach, initiative and the ability to ensure the Employee Services Centre provides a customer focused service which meets the needs of the business.
An Assessment Centre will take place on 5 October 2010
