Are you looking for a challenging but rewarding position? Do you want to work for a 4 star local authority that also provides a 4 star Children, Schools and Families service?
The Children, Schools and Families Human Resources team is looking for two experienced HR Officers to cover vacant posts until 31st March 2010 in the first instance.
You will provide high quality professional HR advice and support to managers across the directorate on a whole range of HR issues, including disciplinaries, grievances, sickness management, terms and conditions and restructures.
You will have: -
• experience of providing customer focused HR support on a full range of issues to managers and staff
• well developed communication and interpersonal skills that inspire trust and confidence
Please note that secondments will be considered.
Interviews for the post will be held in the week commencing 10th August 2009
