Haringey Council is a forward looking organisation committed to delivering excellent, customer focused and cost effective services. The Human Resources Metrics & Information Team is pivotal in the delivery of this process.

We provide management with regular information and insights on its people, helping them to manage and deliver their services.

Their main duties will include:

• Interrogation of SAP (Haringey’s HR Information System) to produce data extracts in response to ad-hoc requests, surveys and programmed reports.
• Utilise advanced technical skills on Microsoft Excel to collate, summarise and present data into professional format
• Be familiar with Excel based formulas and algorithms
• Able to analytically interpret the meaning of data and trends • Ability to train new users on elements of SAP HR.

Experience of working in a generalist HR or Finance capacity is desirable, as is knowledge of local government workforce issues such as workforce planning and the relationship between people and organisational performance.
