Are you experienced in negotiation, consultation, procurement and project management of housing schemes? Can you work with residents, funders and developers to reach a shared vision?
This newly created position, developing regeneration proposals for the Royal Borough, could be perfect for you. With an historical legacy of fine quality buildings and places, our challenge is to ensure that in developing for the future, it is to these same high standards.
Your skills have come from delivering complex regeneration schemes. You are able to work to tight deadlines, and display confidence and tenacity in pushing forward schemes that deliver positive outcomes for the borough.
