Housing Officer (Tenancy) – Full Time
Grade SO1: Starting salary £27,669 rising in annual increments to £29,277 p.a. incl. LW
An exciting career development opportunity has arisen in the Brixton and Clapham Tenancy Management Teams within the Housing Management Division of Lambeth Living Ltd.
You’ll have a practical knowledge of housing and recent experience of delivering housing services to residents, including letting homes to new tenants, tackling anti-social behaviour and representing the company in court. You’ll be driven to achieve and maintain high standards of service delivery and be dedicated to delivering continuous improvement.
You need to be an excellent communicator with strong customer focus, have the ability to investigate complaints and write responses in plan English, committed to the provision of our service. Good IT skills are essential; experience of using SX3 database will be helpful although training will be provided.
