We have significantly improved our fraud investigation function and increased the number of sanctions and prosecutions for fraud. We now want to embed performance, quality and process management throughout this function, including moving to an electronic document management (EDM) system.
We are looking for a manager to lead our small team. You will be a PINS trained investigator and ideally you will already have had some people and performance management experience. However, applications are welcome from exceptional candidates who feel that they can prove this potential.
