This role calls for a highly motivated individual to deliver quality first-line application-support customer and helpdesk services to a substantial user community using systems aligned to the Improving Information Sharing & Management (IISaM) Programme. Working with a range of practitioners and managers you will follow through user requests to a satisfactory resolution in a courteous, timely, and efficient manner in accordance with procedures.

It is essential that the candidate has experience supporting Liquidlogic’s PROTOCOL Integrated Children’s System.

The successful candidate will proactively provide a complete range of operational housekeeping, reporting, and statistical analysis support services to users and managers using appropriate tools.
