- You are resident in Kent or attend a university in Kent
- You have a high standard of education, we normally expect A*-C passes in core GCSE subjects and three passes at A-level(or equivalent qualifications)
- You have evidence of the right to work in the UK
Fantastic opportunity to work as part of the BlackBerry support team on the help desk servicing 2.5 million users.
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Configure Blackberry devices to service level targets.
• Respond to BlackBerry fault calls logged with the Service Desk. Aim to resolve faults in line with service level targets.
• Provide 1-1 training sessions to Blackberry users to defined procedures.
• Log, update and resolve calls using a call management system.
• Maintain up to date and accurate information in the Blackberry asset management database in line with defined procedures.
• Assist with maintaining the BlackBerry knowledgebase of known fixes, errors and workarounds.
• Process emails to the Blackberry team mailbox relevant to the role and provide support to other team members when required.
• Assist with other duties as appropriate to the grade and scope of this post.
• Setup SSL (Secure Socket Layer) tokens and provide training to new users of the service.
• Assist with processing orders for Blackberry devices using in house systems and Oracle iProc.
• Monitor deliveries of devices against outstanding orders.
People Spec:
• 3 GCSE’s grade C or above to include english and Maths
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Intermediate level MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Customer care skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
