Are you interested in working in the community and supporting people to improve their health? We are looking for staff to be part of neighbourhood focused health improvement teams to address health inequalities through community outreach and the delivery of health related projects. You will have an opportunity to develop skills in both community support and project delivery. You will promote and raise awareness of healthy lifestyles and signpost people to health promoting activities.
