Bringing together the conventionally disparate strands of Policy Partnerships and Performance under one remit, this model will be ideally placed to source information, conduct analysis, create new policies and facilitate the partnerships underlying organisational change and improved performance.
There is, in short, no better place to influence policy or develop your career.
As Head of Policy, Performance and Partnership, you will act as the manager, ambassador and leading expert of this innovative new team. Calling on proven change management experience, you will coordinate LAA target-setting, orchestrate support for the Havering Strategic Partnership and promote integrated financial and service planning. Finally, you will rise to the challenge of creating a repository of Local Area Intelligence encompassing all demographic, environmental and economic research and analysis relating to the Borough
