This is an excellent opportunity for an inspirational and aspiring planning or development professional who has a proven track record of delivering a customer focussed service.
Reporting to the Corporate Director (Business) you will be responsible for a high performing planning service, including Development Control, Building Control, Planning Policy and Urban Design.
The service has recently been through a value for money exercise and restructure focusing on how we can improve our service to the customer even further. We are now seeking someone who can deliver the outcomes of this.
You will need to possess excellent motivational and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a sound understanding of working in a political environment.
