This key position requires that you should have extensive knowledge of the provision and management of direct services including waste collection, street cleansing and grounds maintenance together with the proven ability to develop the strategic framework within which these services are delivered
Having the relevant skills and experience is essential as you will be expected to lead, co-ordinate and manage our long term strategies and budgets in these areas.
Operating as the interface between the Service and Council Members, Partners and outside parties, you should also have extensive people and communication skills, political awareness, proven corporate management ability and obvious leadership qualities.
