This is a unique opportunity to join us at a time of pioneering change aimed at taking Croydon forward to become South London’s economic hub.
Working with some of the world’s leading master planners, designers and developers you will lead the physical delivery from inception to completion of a development and regeneration pipeline currently valued in excess of £500m. You will also lead our client team to manage Croydon’s interest in its ground breaking Urban Regeneration Vehicle: CCURV, a long term delivery partnership with John Laing, which is attracting national interest.
You will be joining us in this new position at an exciting time of regeneration activity in our Borough and you will lead some of the largest schemes in the South East. Bringing with you considerable development experiences, you will have high level interpersonal skills and a depth of knowledge to lead our physical regeneration agenda.
