Reporting directly to the Strategy and Development Director, you’ll be among the top managers in the organisation, and instrumental in shaping and achieving transformational change to enable us to achieve our ambitious objectives.
You’ll head our Human Resources, Learning & Development, and Business Improvement teams. You’ll develop business-like strategies, policies and practices that are focused on achieving continuous performance improvement, and lead the development of our evolving employer brand.
