The Special Projects Graphic Designer will be part of the Marketing and Communications Team. The role is independently funded, focussing on specific projects for organisations or projects. This will include the Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnership (CDRP) and the joint Basildon Council and NHS ‘Get Out There’ campaign. The role will include branding particular marketing campaigns, creating inventive posters, leaflets and adverts and working closely with the teams involved to secure real outcomes to the campaigns.
It is essential that you are educated to degree level in Graphic Design or have the necessary relevant experience. You will have experience in designing work for print along with knowledge of PC and Mac packages including Quark Xpress, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat and Microsoft Office.
You will be willing to travel to meet the needs of the service and attend meetings out of normal office hours as required.
