Fraud Team Leader Ref: 1039
Grade N: circa £24,846 pa
Providing a professional Benefit Counter Fraud Service, your expertise and experience will help to protect the Council against fraud and corruption.
Heading up a small team, you will develop, maintain and implement Counter Fraud policies and procedures and conduct investigations. We will look to you to set, agree and monitor team targets. Offering advice, guidance and training to colleagues, you will promote awareness and understanding of the risks of fraud and corruption.
With a Professionalism in Security (PINS) qualification you will be able to call upon detailed knowledge of the legislation and demands of a Counter Fraud Service. An excellent communicator you will possess good written and verbal skills and be able to communicate at all levels including interviewing, producing letters, reports and performance information.
A CRB disclosure will be required.
