The Governors are seeking to appoint a dynamic, well motivated, enthusiastic and experienced professional to be the Foundation Stage Leader and Member of the Senior Leadership Team for this successful school.

We seek someone who:

• Is a creative and innovative practitioner with a passion for teaching and learning who has an
understanding and experience across the primary age range, with a proven track record of successful practice in Foundation Stage
• Has experience and a proven record of leading and managing school improvement developments which have led to the raising of standards and in improving the quality of teaching and learning
• Has a good understanding of School Improvement Strategies and the Self Evaluation process.
