Supporting the Exchequer Services Team within our small and friendly Adult Social Services Finance Section you will assist with the efficient administration of bills payment and income recovery. To fully utilise the benefits from our IT systems, you will need to have worked within a computerised Finance Department and have data processing and interrogation skills.
Your most important attributes that we are looking for are an ability to work accurately, organise and prioritise workloads, resolve queries, communicate effectively and take direction from senior team members. A flexible approach to work will also be required in order to meet the needs of changing priorities and those of other Teams during busy periods.
As you will be dealing directly with the service providers and members of the public, good communication skills and a commitment to high quality services and customer satisfaction are also essential qualities.

This is a fixed term appointment for six months.
