We are expanding our successful family support service.
Our family support team is about to expand its remit enabling it to provide early intervention and preventative services which will make a significant difference to the lives of children from 0-12 years of age and their families. In order to make this happen we are looking to recruit to the following post.
Please note that this post is for a fixed-term period until 31st March 2011 in the first instance:
A practitioner with experience of working with both children and their families who will provide direct support to families enabling them to successfully access a range of services within the Borough.
Please note that the successful candidates will be required to undergo a Criminal Records Bureau check.
