Join our team which aims to provide a high quality service for the residents of the prestigious Barbican Residential Estate located in the City of London.

You will be operating from car park boxes situated at each garage entrance to one of the Residential Blocks with the responsibility for assisting residents and their visitors; managing the Car Park and operating CCTV equipment. You will have a courteous and tactful manner along with experience of working in an excellent customer service environment, possibly a hotel or high class residential location. Good communication skills are essential as you will need to provide written and verbal reports to the Car Parking & Security Manager on any incidents that occur whilst you are on duty. The ability to work on your own initiative and to remain calm when dealing with emergencies or unexpected events is a must, although computer and security experience is not essential, but would be an advantage.

You will be required to wear the uniform provided and work on a rotating 12 hour shift basis including nights, weekends and Bank Holidays. Some overtime working will also be required. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and as part of the selection process the successful applicant will be required to obtain a Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure.
