Undertaking the transport of Children for our Department, you will have at least three years driving experience and hold a full clean driving licence.
You will need to have recent experience of transporting children of different ages. Ages can range from birth upwards and the ability to ensure that they are transported safely.
As you will be meeting members of the general public on a regular basis, good communication skills are essential along with the flexibility of work within the needs of the service.
Working flexibly over a five out of seven day work pattern, involving some Saturday, Sunday, early morning or evening work. You must have your own vehicle for this position. An essential car user and mileage allowance are payable to cover costs involved.
