| Location | This position is located in the Letchworth Garden City in North Hertfordshire. North Hertfordshire is located less than 40 miles from central London, is a predominantly rural district and contains interesting market towns and several picturesque villages. The District is an attractive area in which to live and work. | ||

This post is based in a dedicated team dealing with a diverse workload including the management of public health complaints, the responsibility for the maintenance and improvement of housing conditions in the private sector as well as administering a significant housing grant programme.
You must have a recognised qualification in Environmental Health and be EHORB registered or be in the final year of study for such a qualification and committed to achieving EHORB registration within six months of appointment. You will have relevant knowledge and experience, excellent communication skills, enthusiasm for and commitment to making a difference in North Hertfordshire.
