This is a new post created to manage the relationship between internal clients and technical service providers. You will assist clients in drafting and refining technical briefs for construction projects, engage the appropriate range of professional/technical resources on their behalf and monitor the delivery of projects through to completion. You will also lead on the tendering and negotiation of service contracts

You will require a broad understanding of multi-disciplinary construction projects, coupled with significant experience in contract management, negotiation and performance monitoring.
