The Public Health Shared service of Westminster, Hammersmith & Fulham and Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea is recruiting for an Engagement and Communications Officer.
You will lead the development of internal and external communications activity for the public health department, working with colleagues to develop and articulate a ‘Public Health story’ which clearly conveys the department’s priorities and intended impact on population health.
You will collaborate with your corporate colleagues across the three boroughs to innovate how we articulate and share this story to maximum Public Health outcomes.
You will develop an annual communications and stakeholder plan working closely with our corporate communications teams across the three boroughs and building a strong network across the local system. You will also support the Strategy and Business Planning Manager with the development of ‘pitch’ materials for business development opportunities.
Our passion is to deliver the best health outcomes for our communities. We need your passion, ambition and resilience to help make this happen and drive our shared service Health and Well-being strategy.
You will need to be a natural engager, efficient in your planning and focused on delivery and the measurement of its impact. You will be based at Westminster but our flexible approach to working means you will work across the boroughs.
So join us and be where it all happens.
