Can you make a difference, lead a team and support change in a fast moving environment delivering recruitment services for Kent County Council and our partners?

You will be a keen motivator and have the ability to quickly establish effective working relationship with managers and the team. You will be comfortable to work flexibly and enjoy working under pressure to very tight deadlines. Developing and implementing forward-thinking strategies whilst remaining abreast of the latest regulations, legislation and statutory requirements.

Previous experience in a busy recruitment environment would be an advantage as well as time spent in a supervisor role. You will be able to demonstrate how you can add value to our approach to recruitment – bringing us a creative and innovative style and you will have the drive and tenacity to deliver an outstanding recruitment service across Kent County Council.
