Working as an Employee Services Assistant you will be required to provide an integrated recruitment, personnel, payroll and expenses service to all employees and Members and be involved in the provision of services to partners and clients. This is an exciting time to join us as we develop our services further to ensure we continue to deliver outstanding services.
We require individuals with experience of working in a professional capacity within a personnel and/or payroll environment with a proven track record working under pressure to tight deadlines, with knowledge of relevant legislation. Previous experience of using an HR and or Payroll databases is essential as well as excellent working knowledge of using word and excel. You must be able to respond to queries from customers via the appropriate communication process, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You must possess the ability to manage a busy and diverse workload, whilst maintaining high standards of practice at all times.
This is a demanding role which requires a ‘can-do’ approach, initiative and the ability to ensure the Employee Services Centre provides a customer focused service which meets the needs of the business.
