Education iTServices (EIS) provides IT support for schools throughout Kent.
The EIS Service Desk have term time only vacancies for motivated and customer focussed IT analysts to join a busy 1st line support team. The hours are 8:30am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday during term time only (27.5 hours per week)
You will be the first point of contact for all incoming IT Customer Services queries. You will log support calls in the Service Desk system and attempt to resolve the issue, passing those calls which cannot be resolved to specialist teams.
You will be confident, co-operative, supportive and flexible. Keen to learn in a team environment and have a logical approach to troubleshooting IT issues. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You must be competent in the use of standard Microsoft applications and have experience of working within a customer facing IT environment. You must be willing to learn new IT systems and be able to take in information quickly.
Above all the desire to consistently provide a high quality service with a positive attitude is essential.
