Tower Hamlets is one of the leading local authorities in the country in supporting out of school community languages provision. The borough supports a network of 90 projects in 12 different languages across its all LAP (Local Area Partnership) areas which are managed by Community Languages Service within the Children’s Services.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed person to join the team to support the administrative work for Early GCSE project. The successful candidate will be able to work with all after school community organisations, local primary and secondary schools and after school clubs on publicity and recruitment of students for Early GCSE programme and manage all databases including admission, enrolment, exam entry and exam results.
Applications are invited from candidates who have:
• Experience of administrative support services necessary to maintain management of frontline operational functions
• Excellent communication skills in dealing with staff, members of the public and user of all customer matters
• Good track record of information management, data analysis and maintenance in service oriented function
