You will provide clear leadership and direction for the implementation and
delivery of our District Vision, by assisting in the delivery of place shaping
through spatial planning and playing a key role in creating funding and
partnership packages.
You will have an RTPI, RICS or similar, extensive relevant working knowledge and
proven programme management and project expertise.
With a detailed understanding of development viability and feasibility, you will
prepare project implementation plans and programmes to ensure the delivery
of our District Vision. Ref PH.110.
