We are looking for a District Manager to lead our Social Work services in Swale and Dover.

You will need to have strong operational management skills, particularly in areas of practice, staff, budgets and performance management with a strong focus on safeguarding children. You will need to be able to evidence your experience of competencies in managing in a statutory child care setting.

In addition excellent Leadership skills, the vision and drive to continue the progress of the Every Child Matters Agendas are essential, along with contributing to the local Children’s Trust and integrated working developments.
