You will work effectively with parents/carers, schools and other agencies in discharging statutory duties in relation to the Special Educational Needs statutory assessment process ensuring agreed standards of service and customer care are consistently met.

You will be required to have relevant experience, preferably in the field of Special Educational Needs, of managing complex case work, and be able to evidence good interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. The post involves attendance at multi-agency meetings, therefore the ability to travel across a wide geographical area in a timely and flexible manner at various times of the day is essential.
