Temporary Contract for up to 2 years

Wychavon DC has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Development Surveyor to join a proactive and high performing team.

We have a number of projects ready to go and we are looking for an additional team member to help deliver these schemes as well as provide property management support to the team and be responsible for increasing our rent role.

You must be a qualified Surveyor and have at least 3 years post qualification experience, in a property development role. You must be conversant with current planning policy and have demonstrable experience of making planning applications.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and you can contribute to some really significant schemes. Our track record over the last 10 years includes building and owning a combined hospital and doctors practice, a 35000 sq ft Waitrose Store, 3 new leisure facilities and a £12.7M canal restoration.
