Deputy Team Managers – Children & Young People
PO4: £37,851 rising in annual increments to £40,506 pa incl. LW
Children with Disabilities, Family Support and Child Protection, Children Looked After, Leaving Care & Referral and Assessment Services
If you’re an experienced Social Worker, this could be your chance to act as deputy to our Team Manager. You will supervise up to six staff, checking their care plans and workload to make sure everything we do is in the best interests of the child. High standards are imperative and you’ll develop team members’ performance, while carrying out quality assurance activities. For this role you should have a recognised qualification in Social Work, be registered with the General Social Care Council (GSCC) and have experience in Children’s Social Care.
