We are seeking to employ a Day Centre Officer to work three days per week for a busy day service supporting people with learning disabilities, some of whom also have profound physical disabilities.

We are looking for someone who is practical, flexible and responsible, with the sensitivity to support vulnerable adults to maximize their potential. You will be delivering care in line with individual person centered care plans, which will include ensuring individuals maintain their links with the local community.

You will have previous experience of working with people with learning disabilities, physical disabilites & challenging behaviours. A comprehensive induction is provided. You must have NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
