As a key member of the team which performs the installation, configuration, upgrade, administration, monitoring and maintenance of all physical database technology and provision of database support for both business as usual operations and ad-hoc and planned projects.
You will have:
- Good administration knowledge of working with the Unix operating system
- Good administration knowledge
- Extensive experience in problem resolution in a complex environment to agreed service levels
- Extensive experience proposing and delivering solutions for business continuity and backup / recovery of Oracle RDBMS systems
Qualified by experience or certification with Oracle Database Platforms and Unix Platforms (Solaris preferred) is essential to this post.
