Our Library Service has a lot more to offer than just books. With reading groups, talks and exhibitions, it offers a range of activities for every age group – from Baby Bounce and Rhyme sessions to internet classes for older people.
To deliver all this, we need the right people serving our customers. Relevant experience is not essential, its much more important that you’re friendly, self motivated and approachable. We need a Customer Support Assistant and if you enjoy working as part of a team, have a friendly helpful attitude to the Public and are interested in delivering services to the Community we would welcome a call from you.
The successful applicant will have good interpersonal skills, feel comfortable meeting the public and be able to undertake a diverse range of tasks, often simultaneously.
