Customer focussed and used to dealing with enquiries in person and over the phone. You should enjoy working with financial information. You should be able to demonstrate;
proven experience in a customer service environment; a working knowledge of Housing, Council Tax and Welfare benefits; ability to understand and prioritise customer needs; 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including English and Maths, or equivalent qualifications; excellent verbal and written communication skills
