Our Library Service has a lot more to offer than just books. With reading groups, talks and exhibitions, it offers a range of activities for every age group – from Baby Bounce and Rhyme sessions to internet classes for older people.
To deliver all this, we need the right people serving our customers. Relevant experience is not essential – it’s much more important that you’re friendly and approachable. We need a Customer Support Assistant and if you enjoy working as part of a team, have a friendly helpful attitude to the Public and are interested in delivering services to the Community we would welcome a call from you.
The successful applicant will have good interpersonal skills, feel comfortable meeting the public and be able to undertake a diverse range of tasks, often simultaneously.
