This post provides administrative support to the void property re-let service.
This includes:
- raising work orders & recording stage history using the Councils asset management system
- arranging contractors to deliver work
- reporting on contractor performance
- general administrative duties
Relevant experience of working in a customer services role in a Local Authority or Building Maintenance environment would be beneficial. The successful applicant will also have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel packages. A basic understanding of building maintenance and repairs is essential, as is an understanding of key housing legislation.
This post is a 1 year fixed-term contract. Previous applicants need not apply.
