Guildford Borough Council manages a range of heritage buildings and services including Guildford House Gallery, the Castle and Guildford Museum. We seek an enthusiastic and committed individual to help establish and promote the section and its services.
Overseeing front line services to the public, you will generate a high profile and excellent reputation for Guildford Heritage, providing customer communication and contact, marketing programmes, activities and developments and ensuring a high standard of customer experience.
You will have experience of working in a marketing or communications role, the ability to understand and keep one step ahead of customer needs plus excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work and network constructively with a wide range of colleagues, the media and other contacts.
