Six month temporary contract.
This post is responsible for managing the Housing and Adult Social Services Complaints service, ensuring we meet our statutory duties and respond to complaints and representations effectively.
The successful candidate will be someone with experience of dealing with complaints and extensive experience of working with members of the public in a social care environment. You will also need to be very customer focused and have good communication and interpersonal skills and able to demonstrate a problem solving approach to your work.
We are looking for someone who is fully committed to promoting a customer-focused approach for the service and will be proactive in resolving complaints.
Assessment tests and interviews will be held
