The initial response service offers help and support to children and families across the borough. We are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable team players to assist in developing consistency, quality and customer care in the way contacts from referrers and service users are received and dealt with. This will include taking initial details and / or signposting elsewhere as necessary.
To be successful you will hold GCSE English language grade c or equivalent with NVQ level 2 customer care, with a background knowledge of customer care experience. It is an expectation for you to achieve the BSL qualification.
