To support our continued success we are looking for people with a positive, flexible attitude and excellent communication skills to join the friendly team in our state-of-the-art Contact Centre.

Dealing with calls from the public, you’ll provide advice, interpret queries and re-route calls appropriately.

Your professional telephone manner and excellent written and verbal communication skills will be matched by a real service ethic and an ability to deal with a challenging variety of calls.

You’ll be handling everything from registering a birth or a death to enrolling a caller on an Adult Education class or directing calls from some of the more vulnerable people living in Kent. Together with demonstrated competence in a customer-focused role and a positive attitude and excellent team-working skills, you’ll also need to be PC literate.
